Although little known in North America, chesnut jam ("Confiture de marrons") is a French favorite! This delicious chesnut jam is cooked in copper cauldrons with whole selected fruits and cane sugar. Little pieces of chestnut give it this special crispy taste everybody loves. Bon appetit!
