Creme Brulee is probably one of the most famous French desserts. This creme brulee set includes a micro torch and 8 creme brulee dishes. The micro torch is the well kept secret to delicious and well caramelized creme brulees every time!

This micro torch uses standard butane fuel. It will produce from 60 to 70 minutes of burning time. It has an ignition button, a safety switch, a gas valve and a continuous flame button. To avoid injuries, please follow safety instructions described in the guide. Keep the tool away from children.

This torch works well for making creme brulee, glazing tarts, browning meringues and melting cheese.

The 8 creme brulee dishes are made of ceramic and are oven safe. The ceramic composition of the dish withstands the high temperature that caramelization of the topping requires, while the low sides and flat bottom promote even, slow cooking and chilling. Each dish has a 6 oz capacity.
