Fish Pâté en Croute made the Artisan Way with Salmon and Spinach Mousse.

French Pate does is not always made with meat. Fabrique Delices makes a flavorful fish pate, which is a smooth combination of smoked salmon and spinach wrapped in puff pastry dough. Serve this Pâté cold as a first course or appetizer.

This Pâté is shipped frozen (already cooked) in vacuum pack.

Shelf life: Once thawed, shelf life is 2 to 3 weeks if properly refrigerated between 34° and 36°F. Shelf life is 9 months for frozen products.
