Pâté en Croute with Truffle Mousse made the Artisan Way.

This delicious pate en croute is actually made with truffle mousse. The inside is made of creamy pork and chicken livers, Truffles and Cèpe mushrooms marinated in Sherry wine. All of those exquiite ingredients are then wrapped in puff pastry dough. A rela treat for connoisseurs.

Serve this Pâté cold as a first course or appetizer.
This Pâté is shipped frozen (already cooked) in vacuum pack.

Shelf life: Once thawed, shelf life is 2 to 3 weeks if properly refrigerated between 34° and 36°F. Shelf life is 9 months for frozen products.
