Who is Saveur du Jour?
Saveur du Jour is a US-based company that specializes in bringing Essential from France into your home. From Gourmet Food to Home Accessories and Gifts, we can deliver this taste of Paris or Provence that will make your everyday life more enjoyable.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards. You can also pay with your Paypal account. Please contact us if you wish to use your PayPal account.

Can I pay by check?
Yes. Please contact us if you wish to pay by check. Paying by check will take a little longer than paying by credit card because we will ship your goods once we receive your check.

What countries do you ship to?
At this time, Saveur du Jour ships its products to the US and to Canada.

If you are an AOL customer and are able to create an account and login on Saveur du Jour, please ignore the following. Some AOL customers have reported troubles logging in, due to AOL's use of proxy servers. If you are experiencing a similar issue, please try logging in a little later during the day. If the problem persists, please try accessing Saveur du Jour using another network provider.

Do I need to create an account to order products?
Yes. To order products, you will need to create an account (this only takes about 2 minutes). In order to create your account, click My Account at the top of the page and you will be guided to enter shipping information.

How do I order Saveur du Jour products?
To order products, please place your order online on this web site (we do not take orders over the phone). To begin shopping, simply click on the product category that is of interest to you and browse until you find the product you are looking for. To add an item to your order, click "Add to Cart". When you add an item, all your selections will be displayed with a subtotal. View your entire order at any time by clicking "View Cart". Click Checkout (at the top of the screen) when you are ready to checkout and proceed to payment.

How do I know my payment is secure?
At Saveur du Jour, we take your security very seriously. We have implemented a couple of measures to maximize online payment protection. 1. We don’t store your credit card information (which is why you will need to enter it each time you come back to the site). 2. All transactions are encrypted with state of the art, 256-bit encryption for maximum security.

How can I track my order?
When you have placed your order, you will automatically receive an email notification to inform you about your order's status.

What should I do if the merchandise I have received is damaged?
We package your goods very thoroughly to avoid any damage during shipment. Please inspect merchandise immediately upon receipt and notify the carrier if the merchandise has been damaged. All claims must be filed with the carrier.

What happens when a product is out of stock?
Items out of stock are marked “out of stock” on the Saveur du Jour site. You will be notified if an item is out of stock prior to placing the order. If for some reason an item becomes unavailable between the time you order the item and the time it is shipped, you will be notified immediately and a full refund of the out of stock item will be applied to your credit card as soon as possible, and in any event within 60 days of your order.

What is your return policy?
If you are not satisfied with your order, please return the items in original condition with a copy of the invoice within 7 DAYS (15 DAYS for products from the French Designers category). All items must be new and unused, preferably in the original packaging, with the freight prepaid. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Merchandise returned is subject to a 25% restocking fee (there is no restocking fee for products from the French Designers category). Sorry, we cannot accept any returns after 7 DAYS (15 DAYS for products from the French Designers category) or without an invoice. Please inspect and check the items that you ordered once you receive them. Please use a traceable shipping method (UPS, FEDEX, or insured mail) to return your order. Saveur du Jour is not responsible for any return order that we do not receive or if the returned order is damaged during shipping. You don't need to get authorization from us to return an order.

How do you ensure the confidentiality of my personal information?
The information we collect to process your order is kept private. We don’t sell, rent, or share your name, address, telephone number, email address, or credit card information with anyone. We will use your email address no more than a few times per year to send you updates about Saveur du Jour promotions or new products, unless you ask us not to by emailing us at info@saveurdujour.com.
