How Long do Macaroons Last?

| Many customers ask how many days they can keep their macaroons. Our macarons are good at room temperature for up to 48 hours, good in the refrigerator for roughly a week (in the original box or in a closed container) and good in the freezer for about a month.
If you wish to freeze them, you want to put them in the freezer as soon as you receive them, and take them out about 30 minutes before serving to thaw: they will be just as fresh as if they were made the day before.
