Tapenade with Sun Dried Tomatoes and Basil
A traditional dish of Provence, Tapenade is made with finely chopped olives, capers and extra virgin olive oil. It makes a delicious hors d'oeuvre in no time. Simply spread the Tapenade on toast or baguette, et voila!
This particular variety includes sun dried tomatoes for added taste and flavor. Try it also in salads, or use it to stuff grilled fish or to brush meats.
