This Provence Flowers Honey ("Miel de Fleurs de Provence") is made by bees fed on flower blossoms found in Provence. It is unmatched in richness and scent and exquisite in flavor. The honey is viscous due to the presence of naturally occurring beeswax and pollen. It is thick but spreadable, and so smooth on the palate!
