This fine truffle mousse is made with chicken livers, truffles and porcini mushrooms and is pork-free.

This all-natural truffle mousse is shipped fresh. Just spread on sliced bread and enjoy with French gherkins. Serve cold.

Shelf life: 4 weeks when properly refrigerated between 34° & 36°F, 10 to 14 days once opened, and 9 months for frozen product.
