Taillefer's Pink Pralines are small crunchy caramelized almonds made with 25% almonds, naturally colored and unique to Lyon, France's Gastronomy Capital. They are used to make the classic French Pink Praline tart, the "Tarte aux Pralines Roses"  or as a decorative element like in Pierre Herme's famous Ispahan macaron cake.

Pink Pralines can be eaten as they are, or used to add flavoring in desserts, petits fours and even sweet specialty bread such as brioche.

Ingredients: sugar, almonds (25%), glucose syrup, thickener: gum arabic, coloring: vegetable carotene plants - Carmines, flavors. Traces of peanuts and other nuts.
