Rouille Espelette Pepper Mayonnaise - Delices du Luberon

This traditional spicy Provencal mayonnaise is seasoned with espelette chili powder and garlic. Mix this "Rouille" into recipes that call for it, add to fish and grilled meats, or slather it on a sandwich. You simply cannot go wrong with it and it will add a kick to all your recipes.

Ingredients: sunflower oil, water, olive oil, tomato concentrate, egg yolk, capsicum, wine vinegar, mustard 1.9%, garlic, chili flakes 1%, salt, fish aroma (contains fish, celery), transformed starch, concentrated lemon juice, red hot chili, Espelette chili .1%, white pepper. Thickener: guar flour and xanthan gum.
