
This traditional aged gourmet wine vinegar comes Banyuls, in the South of France close to the Spanish border. It is made with grenache grapes sweet wine that is acetified for 4 years in oak barrels and then aged for one more year in new oak barrels to enrich its aroma. Perfect to deglaze your meats, fish or vegetables or to add flavors to a salad.
