Paris Souvenir Print - Conciergerie
Original 1915 colored photogravure, extract from a Paris souvenir booklet that used to be purchased by tourists visiting the "City of Lights"
This original print depicts "La Conciergerie" and is presented in a cellophane sleeve with a 8'x11" mat, ready to be framed. The print itself is approximately 7" x 4 1/2". This is a very unique period piece with its muted colors. The monument was part of the kings palace, also known as "Palais de la Cité" from the name of its architect, who led the construction from the 10th to 14th centuries and became a jail under the French revolution.
