Delivery in the US, Canada, Mexico, the UK, Europe, and Australia
Saveur du Jour ships products to the US, Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico, the UK, France, European countries, Australia, Brazil, South Africa, Japan, Hong Kong, and many other countries.
Please make sure that your shipping address is a street address, as we do not deliver to P.O. boxes.
Shipping from the US and Shipping from France
Some products ship from the US and some products ship from France. Products shipping from France are marked explicitely "This product ships from France".
If you order a combination of products that ship from the US and products that ship from France, you will receive two shipments and the shipping cost will be the sum of the shipping costs from the US and from France.
Products Shipping from France
Products shipping from France are marked explicitely "This product ships from France". Shipping from France is through FedEx International.
The shipping delay with FedEx is only 2 to 5 days and you will receive a FedEx tracking number.

Note to North-American buyers
As a North-American buyer from France, you are the “importer” of goods. Goods entering the US may be inspected by the U.S. Customs and Border Protection and assessed for applicable Customs duties, taxes and charges, if any. Likewise, goods entering Canada may be inspected by Canadian Customs and assessed for applicable Customs duties, taxes and charges, if any.
It is the importer's responsibility to account for any duties and/or taxes, while ensuring compliance with Customs regulations in the US and in Canada.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards on the site. PayPal users can also pay with their PayPal account.
Refused Shipment/Delivery Failure due to Lack of Availability
It is important that each customer provide us with the correct shipping information.
Any orders placed with incorrect addresses and/or zip codes that need to be corrected by UPS for delivery will incur an additional charge of $5.00 for standard delivery or $10.00 for express delivery options.
Any shipments that are returned to Saveur du Jour by shipping carriers due to: refusal of delivery; incorrect address supplied by customer; undeliverable address or delivery failure due to lack of availability on recipient's part will not be automatically refunded.
Refunds that are requested and approved by Saveur du Jour will be issued to your credit card.
If you wish that the order be re-shipped, a second shipping charge will be billed equivalent to actual shipping charges or published shipping charges, whichever is greater.

Please be aware that there are absolutely no refunds on International orders.
You will receive an automated email notification to inform you about your order status. Please note that international shipments cannot be tracked once they leave the US and therefore cannot be guaranteed.
Loss and Damaged Merchandise
Inspect merchandise immediately upon receipt and notify carrier if shipment is lost or damaged. All claims must be filed with the carrier.
Out of Stock Items
Items out of stock are marked “out of stock” on the Saveur du Jour site. You will be notified if an item is out of stock prior to placing the order. If for some reason an item becomes unavailable between the time you order the item and the time it is shipped, you will be notified immediately and a full refund of the out of stock item will be applied to your credit card as soon as possible, and in any event within 60 days of your order.
If you are not satisfied with your order, please return the items in original condition with a copy of the invoice within 7 DAYS.
All items must be new and unused, preferably in the original packaging, with the freight prepaid.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Sorry, we cannot accept any returns after 7 DAYS or without an invoice.
There are absolutely no returns on perishable items including meat, charcuterie, macarons and madeleines.
Please inspect and check the items that you ordered once you receive them. Please use a traceable shipping method (UPS, FEDEX, or insured mail) to return your order.
Saveur du Jour is not responsible for return orders that we do not receive or if the returned order is damaged during shipping. You don't need to get authorization from us to return an order.
Our Right to Refuse Your Order
We reserve the right to refuse your order for any reason.
If we refuse your order we will notify you by email and a full refund of your order will be applied to your credit card as soon as possible, and in any event within 60 days of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for the disappointment suffered.
