Vintage Theodor Fahrner Art Deco Style Blue Topaz & Marcasite Sterling Square Clip-on Earrings

Absolutely fabulous and rare Theodor Fahrner geometric Art Deco style blue topaz and marcasite sterling silver clip-on earrings made in Germany from the 1960's.

Five shiny 8mm emerald cut square blue topaz are set in the center in the shape of a cross with in each corner an exquisitely delicate glittery marcasite and silver motif. The silver design is a good example of the fine ripple structures that have characterized Fahrner's jewelry pieces since the 1920s.

The earrings have a square shape with rounded corners.

They are signed at the back with the TF cartouche for Theodor Fahner as well as Sterling and Germany.

They are in mint vintage condition.

Those gorgeous earrings are very collectible and would be a great addition to any vintage jewelry collection.

A wonderful Valentine's day gift!

Dimensions: 1" x 1"      Weight: 17.27 g

Upon his death in 1883 the business was taken over by his son and later purchased by his successor Gustav Braendle who continued to create stylish yet affordable pieces throughout the 20th Century, specializing primarily in glamorous Art Deco designs. The jewelry produced by the Theodor Fahrner company is sought after by collectors and very high priced.

All jewelry is gift packaged in organza bags and earrings come with silicone pads or stoppers for comfort and security.
