Francine Instant Buckwheat Crepes Mix

This Buckwheat crepe mix is made in France by Francine.This mix is for crêpes de sarrasin (galettes in Brittany). Just mix one bag of powder with 1/2 quart of water. No resting time necessary. For an authentic Breton dinner, fill the crepes with ham, cheese, egg, mushrooms... Two bags make a total of 20 crêpes.
