Sweet Red Pepper Spread - Delices du Luberon

A delicous spread made with roasted sweet red peppers! Serve on bread or crackers as an appetizer or as a base for soups and sauces chicken and shellfish. It pairs well with some fresh goat cheese and baguette.

Ingredients: roasted red peppers 74 %, black olives 10 %, capers, garlic, sunflower oil, olive oil, paprika, concentrated lemon juice, pepper,  thickeners : guar flour and xanthan gum. May contains nuts, sulphites, lupins, mustard, sesame, celery.
